I’m Anaïs, a woman shaped by family kitchens, Sunday gatherings, and the art of bringing people together.

I didn’t create TMI to sell services.
I created it because I grew up in a world where food, music, and people were the real language.
Where the table was a stage, the living room was a dance floor, and love was the main ingredient.

My path went through art, fashion, and the culinary world.
I worked for high-end brands, led creative strategy, and learned how to translate ideas into feelings.
But eventually, I wanted more than “brand direction.”

So I built The Main Ingredients as a place where culture, food, and human connection meet.
A space where chefs, founders, and creatives can show up without performing.
Where ideas can be tested, tasted, and felt before they’re polished.

Because real visibility isn’t a campaign.
It’s resonance.
It’s the moment something in you finally clicks and others feel it too.
